2019 EveryBody Deserves a Massage Week
Support Massage Therapy in Your Community
Since 1995, members of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) have given
their time, money, and effort to help others, while also raising awareness of the benefits of
massage, bodywork, and somatic therapies during EveryBody Deserves a Massage Week.
This year, the ABMP community will celebrate the week-long event July 14–20, 2019.
From donating massage sessions to first responders and other community heroes,
to sponsoring canned food drives with clients' help, to working for charitable causes,
massage therapists across the country will be participating in this annual celebration.
Check in with your massage therapist to see if they have any events
planned for EveryBody Deserves a Massage Week and how you can support
their efforts. If your therapist isn't involved, you can still show your support of
massage therapy and all its benefits by purchasing gift certificates from them
for friends and family members, because everybody deserves a massage!
