ARRIVE EARLY
One of the benefits of receiving massage is
reducing your stress level. What's a surefire
way to make that harder? Showing up to your
session stressed out from a late or nearly late
arrival. Allow extra time for the drive so you
show up feeling excited and not panicked. Bonus:
that extra time gives you the opportunity to set your
goals, stretch, breathe, and use the bathroom.
